This spacious duplex has its own entrance and a magnificent view over the countryside. It is ideal for two adults and one child.
The ground floor (31 m²) comprises a living room opening onto a kitchen/dining room. It is comfortably furnished and equipped with a microwave, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, television and internet connection.
Upstairs you'll find a large bedroom (19 m²) with a double bed (160 cm) and a signle bed (90 cm) as well as a shower room and toilet.
There is a dedicated outdoor area with garden furniture and a barbecue where you can enjoy your meals.
Games and books are available in the gîte.
You will have access to the swimming pool (16 x 6 m) as well as outdoor games for young and old: table tennis, trampoline, swing...

Bathroom linen and household linen included (bathmats, towels and tea towels). Beds are made on arrival.
Cleaning included, but we ask you to leave the gîte in a clean and tidy condition on your departure.
Health centre, chemist, petrol pump, restaurant, pizzeria, local produce (La Ferme de Payrade) and mini-market nearby in the village. Tuesday morning market in the village square.
As we have pets of our own, we cannot accommodate yours.
No smoking.
