This traditional white stone barn has been beautifully restored to accommodate up to six people in self-contained accommodation.
Access to the gîte is via a covered porch (24 m²) where you will find a barbecue and garden furniture for relaxing and enjoying your meals outside.
A pleasant, light-filled living room (40 m²) opens onto the kitchen and dining room. This is equipped with everything you need: dishwasher, oven, microwave, hob, washing machine, TV and internet access. A large west-facing balcony (32 m²) can be accessed from the main room, offering magnificent sunsets.
Three bedrooms (between 12 and 14 m²) complete your comfort, each with its own shower room and private toilet:
- One double (160 cm bed) opening onto the balcony
- The second with two 90 cm beds or one 180 cm bed
- The third with two 90 cm beds
Games and books are available in the gîte.
You will have access to the swimming pool (16 x 6 m) as well as outdoor games for young and old: table tennis, trampoline, swing...
Baby equipment available on request, please contact us if required.
Bathroom linen and household linen included (bathmats, towels and tea towels). Beds are made on arrival.
Cleaning included, but we ask you to leave the gîte in a clean and tidy condition on your departure.
Health centre, chemist, petrol pump, restaurant, pizzeria, local produce (La Ferme de Payrade) and mini-market nearby in the village. Tuesday morning market in the village square.
As we have pets of our own, we cannot accommodate yours.
No smoking.
Arrival from 5pm.
Departure before 11am.

- High season (1st June - 30th September): €1500 per week
- Low season: €1000 per week
